The commit a5716364cba4cbbd58c55d915b3ac0e86433dca3 missed
ambari-web/test/controllers/main/service/manage_config_groups_controller_test.js.
This was preventing Ambari Web unit tests from running altogether, as shown
in https://builds.apache.org/job/Ambari-trunk-Commit/572/ console output.
I've made a follow up commit f8acccbab97298cae4dda0ef032b399cbd04a349 to fix
this issue.
