ambari-server/src/main/java/org/apache/ambari/server/state/cluster/ClustersImpl.java
<https://reviews.apache.org/r/27050/#comment98872>

    What are the implications of this?
    This function is called in several places, HeartBeartHandler,
HeartbeatMonitor, ConfigHelper,  etc.

    What led to the non-existent host being called in getHostComponents?
