Steps to reproduce:
* Have a working Slider View with correct HDFS settings
* Go to HDFS configs and save {{hadoop.security.auth_to_local}} to {{null}}
(save the original value) in {{core-site}}.
* Go to Slider View instance. It will correctly have {{Invalid rule: null}}
error message (screenshot attached)
* Now go back to HDFS configs and revert+save {{hadoop.security.auth_to_local}}
back to original value.
* Go to Slider View instance. It is still in error dialog state and does not
continue.
