Currently Ambari shows empty Flume configurations in UI. However the correct
log4j.properties are generated from
{{/ambari-server/src/main/resources/stacks/HDP/2.0.6/services/FLUME/package/templates/log4j.properties.j2}}
template.
Since the UI log4j.properties is not connected to the template, we should
remove it from UI.
