The RM HA Wizard Step 4 freezes while starting the services. The freeze is
caused by the REST API call /ws/v1/cluster/nodes, which the standby node
doesn't return at all. Until the root cause will be found on the RM side, will
ensure the HTTP request times out, so that at least the UI doesn't stall
indefinitely.
