Fix For: 1.7.0
{{/slider/apptypes}} returns app-types based on whether security is enabled or
not. If security is disabled, it returns app-types with certain configs, and
when security is enabled, it returns app-types with another set of configs.
{{/slider/atttypes}} caches whether security is enabled or not. So when
app-types are got before security is enabled, followed by enabling of security,
it results in unsecured app-types even when security is enabled.
