Most are common, some have a tweak of difference. Some JSON files are very 
different in that the services themselves are arranged differently.

In theory, we could share most of them, but that's an overall problem with 
BIGTOP; it's a copy of a lot of HDP files. The larger issue is that all of the 
scripts, params, templates, etc, are all copies. If we solve that problem, 
alerts can get solved with it.
