Fix For: 1.7.0
yarn.nodemanager.resource.cpu-vcores. On my setup Ambari set this to 8,
however my virtual machines only have 4 cores.
yarn.timeline-service.ttl-enable should be TRUE
Expose the preemption settings, even if we turn them off by default. See here:
