When additional ganglia clusters are provided and when user has not enabled
metrics explicitly, Slider View blindly copies the
{{site.global.ganglia_enabled}} config. If the package has it set to 'true', it
will be so even when no ganglia host, id and port and provided.
This causes issues when one config says ganglia is enabled, and supporting
properties are not present.
