Description:
1. Deploy HDPWIN 2.1 on multi node cluster.
2. Goto Dashboard>Services>Hive>Download Client Config>HCat Client
3. Notice Download Client Config fail with "No configuration files defined for
the component"
4. Goto Dashboard>Services>Hive>Download Client Config>Hive Client
5. Notice Download Client Config fail with "No configuration files defined for
the component"
