Reviewing [^AMBARI-8221-new.patch]
AlertGroups in the patch is being populated only in the dialog. However we will
have a need for the AlertGroups in the cluster level alerts summary page. So we
need to poll and populate AlertGroups in the background using a mapper (just
like AlertDefinitions). In the patch there is no mapper.
