I am thinking about splitting the Kerberos service into two services:
# Kerberos Client (KERBEROS)
# Kerberos Server (KDC)

The KERBEROS service will only have a CLIENT component (KERBEROS_CLIENT) and 
the KDC service will only have a MASTER component (KERBEROS_SERVER). The 
KERBEROS_SERVER will have a dependency on the KERBEROS/KERBEROS_CLIENT.
