Preconditions: was installed cluster with HDFS, also during install to all
properties were added by one custom property (perhaps is is not important).
Steps:
1. Go to HDFS service's configs tab.
2. Add/remove any property to "Custom core-site" properties panel.
3. Save and confirm saving.
4. Restart all needed components ([^restartAll.png]) for HDFS and MapReduce.
Result: added components were not added (or still present - for remove
operation) to core-site.xml file but are displayed on UI.
