Updates to the Pig View:
- added readme with "getting started" instructions
- added blueprint for "getting started" with single-node-cluster
- cleanup some CSS
- added icons to logs/results/delete on History page
- updated view config property descriptions
- modified jobs execution tab to have script closed by default and results open
- modified script CSS on jobs execution tab
