Currently we display OK/Critical/Warning counts for an alert definition as
follows {code}1v/3!/2x{code}.
We might want to show it other ways like
{code}[number][icon][text]{code}
or as badges: {code}[green]1[green][orange]3[orange][red]2[red]{code}
This display should then be used consistently for
1. Alert-definitions at cluster,
2. host
3. alert-definition pages.
4. creating/editing alert-definition, the thresholds field
