New Script Dialog

- cancel or esc causes error in dialog (saying name cannot be blank)
- should not allow me to enter script name of “ “ (space). Basically, “empty”.
- handle return keypress to submit form
New UDF Dialog
=======
- should not allow empty/blank name or empty/blank path
- need confirmation dialog on UDF delete
- handle return keypress to submit form

- Remove -useHCatalog option
