Due to the complexity of filling in certain fields of alert-definitions, we
would like to remove them and simplify the editing experience.
# Merge {{Description}} and {{Configuration}} sections into a single
{{Configuration}} section.
# Thresholds as shown in powerpoint for the different types of
alert-definitions.
# Edit, Save & Cancel behavior as shown in powerpoint.
# Save should update the appropriate "text" and "value" keys of the
alert-definition.
