For the alert-definitions, we want to rename column titles to {{Alert
Definition Name}} and {{Last Status Changed}}. Next we want to remove the
{{Type}} column, moving the icon into the {{Alert Definition Name}} column.
For the alerts popup in titlebar, we want to rearrange columns to be {{Service
/ Host}}, {{Alert Definition Name}} and {{Status}}. Status text should be
{{[status] for [time]}}.
