UX for adding multiple Hive Metastore Servers will mirror that of HBase Master
/ ZooKeeper Server:
1. Install Wizard and Add Service Wizard's Assign Master page will have +/-
icons to allow the user to add multiple Hive Metastore Servers
2. From Hive Service page, there will be "Add Hive Metastore" action available
under the "Service Actions" pulldown. Triggering this would popup a window
that allows the user to select the target host.
3. From Host Details page, there will be "Hive Metastore" action available
under the "Add" pulldown if Hive Metastore is not already installed on that
host.
4. From Host Details page, "Hive Metastore" host component will have "Delete"
action (same rules as HBase Master / ZooKeeper Server).
In all the above scenarios, we need to update "hive.metastore.uris" in
hive-site so that it is set to a comma-delimited list of all Hive Metastores.
