When there are Updates available, the tab should say "Updates Available (1)"
(the number in the parentheses is the number of updates available).
If there are no Updates available, then the tab should say "No Updates
Available" and it should be disabled.
If there is 0 OS's (this should actually never happen), show "None".
If there is 1 OS, just show the OS. <- this should be the most common scenario.
If there are 2 or more, then show the expander as we do today.
