Currently, "Metrics Monitor" shows up as an option on Install Wizard and Add
Hosts Wizard's Assign Slaves page when AMS is selected.
We do not want to surface this in the UI (much like how we hide Ganglia Monitor
and automatically assign to all the slaves).
