Steps:
# Install, setup, start ambari-server.
# Go to "Welcome to Apache Ambari" page.
# Click "Versions" button on left panel.
# Click "Register Version" button.
Result: on opened page "Skip Repository Base URL validation (Advanced)" text
has incorrect tooltip.
