After discarding a Configurations recommendation warning dialog and browsing to
a different service > configs breaks UI.
1. Browse to Tez, change tez.am.resource.memory.mb = 1, click save
2. enter notes, click save
3. you are prompted with configs recommendation warning dialog, click cancel
4. discard your changes by clicking discard
5. click on hdfs, which brings you to hdfs > configs tab. the ui breaks.
This is all after a clean install so all services have only one service config
version
