I registered a stack version with valid repo URLs and invalid version number.
After installing I did a Perform Upgrade. One of the steps failed and the UI
had a {{Cancel Upgrade}} action and a {{Downgrade}} action.
The {{Cancel Upgrade}} action should not be there. (see screenshot)
