While adding a host, on hitting next button on Assign slaves and clients page
validation issues are prompted by the recommendation/validation API. This logic
on the FE needs to be intercepted to make an exception for any slave/client
component that has cardinality of "All".
If a slave/client component has the cardinality "All" then the validation error
thrown should not be shown to the end user on Assign slaves and clients page as
UI on hitting next on "Review page" explicitly creates the hostcomponent on all
hosts of the cluster for the components that has cardinality "All".
