1. In Admin > Stacks and Versions > Versions, change "Install Version" button
label to say "Install Packages". Modify the confirmation popup to match. For
example: "You are about to install packages for version *XXX*."
2. In RU Progress Popup, change "Do This Later" to "Pause Upgrade"
3. In RU Progress popup, when an upgrade item is expanded, the spacing between
the last task and the next upgrade item is too tight.
4. In the RU progress popup title, change "Upgrade to XX" to "Rolling Upgrade
to XXX".
On Downgrade, simply say "Downgrade to XX" (no change).
