There's a "Enable Ranger plugin for HDFS" property that shows up in "Custom
ranger-*-plugin-properties" for HDFS, Hive, HBase, Storm, and Knox.
1. There should not be any properties in this "custom" section.
2. The label is incorrect. It should be service-specific, rather than "Enable
Ranger plugin for HDFS".
3. The checkbox should be mapped to "ranger-*-plugin-enabled" under "
ranger-*-plugin-properties" for each service.
