As one of manual steps UI prompts us to:
mkdir -p /var/run/hadoop/hdfs/namenode/formatted
But /var/run directory gets cleaned on Ubuntu on reboot and after another
restart on namenode it will get formatted not finding the marker dir. This is
a dangerous situation
