* Removed code to skip over _unhealthy_ hosts
* Added code to help reconcile hosts missing keytabs and create and distribute 
keytabs as needed
* Added code to ensure only new princpals and keytabs are created - this is 
useful in the event a new service or host is added to the cluster.
* Fixed some minor issues I noticed
