Trying to add Ranger as a service after HDP install.
Right after Customize Services page, it navigates to 'Configure Identities'
step. This was not the behavior before. Noticed that 'Configure Identities'
step is active on the panel even for this unsecure cluster. Please confirm if
this is expected. Attaching a screenshot from latest run where it navigated to
Configure Identities step and was hung there as this was not handled in the
code.
