PROBLEM: Modifying the oozie password in the oozie configuration causes the
JDBC url to reset to oozie's localhost
BUSINESS IMPACT: Customers cannot modify the password without cauisng huge
connectivity issues caused by a field changing which they cannot edit without
the API
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Change the oozie password in oozie's ambari configuration,
click on save. JDBC url resets to the machine with oozie on.
SUPPORT ANALYSIS: If oozie is on another machien then you cannot rectify this
without the API
