Description:
Modify pom.xml files so that contrib/views artifacts can be published to the
Maven repository on each build.
* Moved common elements, such as distribution repo info and modules, from
ambari-views/pom.xml to ambari-project/pom.xml so that the same info can be
used from contrib/views to push artifacts to Maven.
* Made modifications so that mvn deploy can be called on contrib/views only
instead of building the entire Ambari project.
