Description:
Ran into a rat check failure that was not encountered when testing locally or
on a local Jenkins job:
https://builds.apache.org/view/All/job/Ambari-contrib-views/ws/contrib/views/target/rat.txt
This is because the one on
https://builds.apache.org/view/All/job/Ambari-contrib-views installs node.js in
workspace.
