Increase the size of the stack advisor popup (width and height).
This popup usually contains a lot of text but the dimension of the popup is so
small that the user has to scroll left and right, up and down, to make out what
it is saying (very confusing/frustrating). This is a shame because this popup
really does tell the user important checks that Ambari is doing for the user;
we need to make sure that the user is delighted rather than frustrated with the
information presented.
