{{StormTimelineMetricsReporter}} hardcodes *APP_ID* to {{nimbus}}. This needs
to be made configurable so that Slider deployed Storm can set it to an
application specific value, as Slider can potentially deploy multiple Storm
instances in a single cluster. The config should be exposed through config.yaml
or something more appropriate maybe.
