1) cluster install wizard, on install options page, include your hosts, use ssh
2) click next, you are on confirm hosts page as the hosts register
3) once they register and host checks are performed, you have a spinner but
back is enabled.
4) click back (to get back to confirm hosts -- I did this because I had to make
a change) and then just click next
5) you are now on confirm hosts again. hosts register and spinner during host
checks.
6) when host checks complete, next does not enable. User is stuck.
