When testing a standalone Ambari Views - Ambari Server instance scenario, I
noticed that only non-admin users can access view instances. If either the
'admin' user or a user with admin privileges, I'm always taken to the cluster
installation wizard when attempting to access a view instance. Access is
attempted either through "Go to instance", or through the (views boxes) ->
Instance.
