The new Ambari Metrics system leverages HBase to aggregate and store the 
metrics.   There has been some customer requirements that customers would like 
to view the system metrics in a continuous time sliding window.  We would like 
to leverage the spark streaming framework which keeps pulling metrics in real 
time from the Kafka metrics data hub and presents the metrics in a streaming 
fashion that a customer can view the metrics trending in a time sliding window.
