v02 forks the service definition, adds new common-services/HBASE/1.1.0.2.3
based on 0.96.0.2.0. To this version I've added Phoenix related components.
This depends on hdp-select providing a phoenix-query-server component for path
resolution. It also adds phoenix specific tests.
