I went to the Hive configs and toggled the {{ACID Transactions}} toggle On|Off. 
There was no call being made to /recommendations to update other configs. It 
should have switched the values of atleast 6 other configs.

We need to make sure that any widget with {{depended_by}} relationship, makes a 
call to /recommendations when its value changes.
