Description: HADOOP_PRIVILEGED_NFS_PID_DIR and
HADOOP_PRIVILEGED_NFS_LOG_DIR are missing. Without this, NFS Gateway will use
/tmp as the default location for PID file, which could confuse the start/stop
scripts.
