The Test job fails for ambari-server because it cannot find artifact
org.apache.ambari:ambari-metrics:pom:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT in oss.sonatype.org.
Unit test for ambari-web project passess successfully on my dev machine:
5815 tests complete (9 seconds)
78 tests pending
