Fix For: 2.1.0
Make sure browser height is low. Now go to Hive configs and change 'Acid
Transactions' toggle. This will create an information bar showing how many
other configs were changed. When you scroll down in the page, the bar should
float at the top so that user always sees it (just like the bar to Save
configs).
