{{Key Server Host}} and {{Key Server Port}} are 2 configs that should be
provided. These 2 values should then be merged into the config of
{{hadoop.security.key.provider.path}} and {{dfs.encryption.key.provider.uri}}.
For this task we should define 2 new configs in HDP-2.2 stack called
{{keyserver_host}} and {{keyserver_port}}. Then we should mark
{{hadoop.security.key.provider.path}} and {{dfs.encryption.key.provider.uri}}
as depending on those {{keyserver_*}} configs.
When either of them change, the /recommendations endpoint should update the
values of {{hadoop.security.key.provider.path}} and
{{dfs.encryption.key.provider.uri}}.
