Summary: Cloning a widget should make it a part of the widget
layout

When user clicks and confirms to clone a widget, a copy of it is made.
The widget name for the clonned widget should be suffixed with *(copy)*. For
example GC Statistics(Copy).
This clonned widget should show up on the service summary page i.e it should be
made part of the current widget layout.
It should also show up in the widget browser as an added widget
