Currently we show the error/warning decorator on the right-hand-side of the
widget with a tooltip showing the message. We need to move this decorator to
the left-hand-side of the config-name. When there is an error the error
decorator to show with tooltip and the config-name should be red. When there is
a warning the warning decorator to show with tooltip and the config-name should
be orange.
