Fix For: 2.1.0
Whenever a command fails, the bootstrap script retries it, and sands a
"Retrying..." message to stdout. This message interferes with the expected
command output. Need to redirect the "retrying..." message to stderr, which is
not parsed for contents.
This issue is Windows-specific.
