# time_range property of the widget should not be honored. Time range should
not be shown on create/edit widget wizard.
# time range control should be shown for services with enhanced dashboard if
services contains one or more graph widget types
# setting any value in the time range control should be effective for all the
graph widget types on the section
# This should not persist "time_range" property for the widgets and thus not
involve any PUT call on widgets API
