The Oozie upgrade from HDP 2.2 to HDP 2.3 should remove all properties from
oozie-site, except for the following.

oozie.authentication.kerberos.name.rules
oozie.authentication.type
oozie.base.url
oozie.credentials.credentialclasses
oozie.service.AuthorizationService.authorization.enabled
oozie.service.HadoopAccessorService.hadoop.configurations
oozie.service.HadoopAccessorService.kerberos.enabled
oozie.service.URIHandlerService.uri.handlers
oozie.services.ext
oozie.authentication.simple.anonymous.allowed

All the other properties should inherit the default ones from Oozie codebase.
Customized properties should remain post-upgrade.
