The 'ok' button on the 'Change Group' is disabled on Hosts page therefor user
could not make changes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access to Ambari
2. Select 'Hosts' tab
3. Select NameNode or DataNode host
4. Select 'Configs' tab
5. Select any service such as HDFS or MapReduce2
6. Then select 'Change' link
7. The 'Change Group' box appears, and the 'ok' button is disabled.
